Peloton promises to size up apparel after customer pushback

Connected fitness brand Peloton signed a five-year global strategic partnership with athleisure juggernaut lululemon back in September of this year. As a part of the collaboration, an apparel collection – Peloton x lululemon – debuted in October. Customers were unhappy with the lack of sizing inclusivity, and Peloton is now promising to do better.

Peloton debuts 11 all-new Taylor Swift-themed classes

Peloton, the connected fitness brand that swept the nation during the COVID-19 pandemic, is known for having themed rides for its subscribers, allowing people to enjoy a more customized experience. Today, Peloton members have access to a new theme in several formats – yoga, pilates, weightlifting, and, of course, Peloton rides – in honor of Taylor Swift’s rereleased album, 1989.

Lululemon x Peloton apparel collaboration debuts in Chicago

With the new five-year partnership between the two fitness conglomerates announced on September 27 of this year, we have already seen some changes with both Lululemon and Peloton, including the cancellation of Lululemon’s Mirror sales and the transition from the Mirror companion app to Peloton’s digital content.

Now, at an event called “Peloton on Tour Chicago” from October 5-7 at the Lululemon Lincoln Park experiential Store, members got a first look at the new Lululemon x Peloton apparel drop.

Lululemon scratches Mirror sales – here’s what that means if you have one

Lululemon last week announced that they would be ending the sales of the Mirror, a high-end workout smart mirror that allows users to choose from 10,000+ workout classes, including on-demand and live workouts with Mirror trainers. Peloton – Lululemon’s new partner – will help to ease the transition for current Mirror subscribers.

Peloton adds video game mode ‘Lanebreak’ to the Tread

Starting today, Peloton Tread members will be receiving an update that adds a new video game mode called Lanebreak Tread. This gamified workout challenges users to match and sustain various incline and speed ranges to get the highest score possible. While similar in many ways to the version of Lanebreak already available on the Peloton Bike, the Tread version has some major changes.
