75% of American adults are chronically dehydrated – a fact that might account for the explosion in water bottle consumerism, or, as I like to call it, Big Water. Capitalism and Big Water is really out here convincing us that if we have the exact right water bottle or the exact right smart device, we’ll join the millions of other happy and healthy and hydrated Water Drinkers in a neverending quest to see who can use the bathroom the most amount of times in a day.

That said I do love my Stanley Cup, and I am absolutely convinced that I am motivated to drink more water because I own it. Below are our top nine smart products – an attempt to bring you into our cult – for drinking more water.

New year, same problems: lululemon faces backlash with latest advertisement

Lululemon has released an advertisement called “Be Spring” featuring Academy Award-winning Chinese actress, Michelle Yeoh. The company’s cofounder, Chip Wilson, has a history of problematic opinions on diversity, equity, and inclusion, which some argue come in direct conflict with lululemon’s Lunar New Year advertisement.
