Beachbody launches new 645 workout program with Amolia Cesar

645 Program

Beachbody has launched their new “645 Program” by celebrity trainer Amolia Cesar. The name 645 references the program’s primary goal of having members commit to working out six days a week for 45 minutes a day. The 13-week program started on July 19 for Beachbody coaches and VIPs. It will be available to all members on the upcoming BODi Library later this winter.
