After May’s initial release of the new iFIT “MIND” category, iFIT has already released several more series that you can now take on your NordicTrack, Proform, or iFIT app. The latest of which is the Costa Rica Walking Meditation Series.
This six-class walking series is led by iFIT Trainer Thalia Ayres Randolph and covers a variety of mental health topics, such as self-compassion, joy, gratitude, and developing a positive mindset. Each class is around 25-30 minutes in length and explores a different part of Costa Rica. Locations include the Nayara Hot Springs, the Monteverde Sky Bridge, the La Senda Cactus Labyrinth, among others.
