Beachbody launches new 645 workout program with Amolia Cesar

Beachbody has launched their new “645 Program” by celebrity trainer Amolia Cesar. The name 645 references the program’s primary goal of having members commit to working out six days a week for 45 minutes a day. The 13-week program started on July 19 for Beachbody coaches and VIPs. It will be available to all members on the upcoming BODi Library later this winter.

The 645 Program lasts for 13 weeks and consists of 78 workouts that require dumbbells and resistance bands.

Beachbody says 645 is:

Inspired by the programs Amoila Cesar created for pro athletes, 645 is built around powerful dumbbells-focused resistance training with an emphasis on fundamental moves done right. You’ll also do cardio that will boost your endurance and get you sweating, and mobility work that will improve range of motion and your body’s ability to recover. Follow his cues, perfect your form, and bring the intensity for dramatic, noticeable results in 13 weeks.

Beachbody members will follow the same workout schedule throughout the entire 13 weeks, gradually increasing their weight and reps. Four days a week will be focused on strength training. One day will be focused on mobility. One day will be focused on cardio. And finally, one day a week will be a rest day.
