Peloton releases four new strength programs exclusive to the Guide

As promised, Peloton is continuing to release content exclusive to the new Peloton Guide. Four split strength programs became available this morning to members currently using the Guide.

The four new programs are each made up of either three or five workouts and are intended to be taken over the course of a week. The program classes are led by instructors Adrian Williams, Callie Gullickson, Matty Maggiacomo, or Robin Arzón.

In an Instagram post, Peloton announced:

Split training is here! These programs utilize a more traditional style of strength training with the option to use heavier weight and the intent to build muscle. We have three and five day intermediate and advanced classes led by @calliegullickson@mattymaggiacomo@robinnyc and @adrianwilliamsnyc that will train specific muscles on specific days, while resting ones you just trained.

Exclusively on Peloton Guide for the first seven weeks.

Split strength programs are a first for Peloton; these are purposefully curated programs to hit very specific muscles on very specific days. With the exception of a 45-minute class in Callie’s program, all are 30 minutes.

Members without a Guide can find the classes that make up these programs via the Peloton website. Completing the classes outside of the program will not allow you to an earn a program completion Badge. Last week, Peloton gave members a Guide exclusive four-week floor bootcamp program.

These new programs will be available to all members seven weeks from their Guide exclusive release dates.
