FightCamp shares over 100 free workouts in its app to promote fitness in 2022

Starting today, connected home boxing and kickboxing gym FightCamp is releasing new, free content to the public through its app, which is now available for iOS devices. Workouts include boxing, kickboxing, bodyweight, and shadowboxing workouts plus tutorials. With its free content, FightCamp hopes to promote the benefits of martial arts to fitness enthusiasts and beginners everywhere.

FightCamp is an at-home boxing gym that utilizes proprietary technology to track punches through workouts led by martial arts professionals. Bluetooth-enabled sensors fit perfectly within your hand wraps, allowing the FightCamp app to track the count and output of each punch.

Since being founded in 2016, FightCamp has dominated its unique segment in connected home fitness focused around boxing and kickboxing. In June, we reported that the company had secured $90 million in additional funding, including investments from boxing legends like Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather.

Since the launch of its connected fitness community, FightCamp members have thrown over 1 billion punches together, and sales have increased thirtyfold the past two years. For a long while since its debut, FightCamp was only available to iOS users.

However, this past November, the company added beta compatibility for Android as well, opening up an extensive library of martial arts workouts to an even wider audience. Looking ahead to 2022, FightCamp looks to spread the benefits of its unique workouts to even more people around the globe by offering new content available for free.

How to access FightCamp workouts for free

To access the 100+ workouts now available for free, simply download the FightCamp app to your iOS device and create an account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to select a multitude of different workouts or tutorials tagged with a “tracker optional” icon.

Khalil Zahar, founder and CEO of FightCamp, spoke to the decision behind offering fitness free content to the public for 2022:

FightCamp’s goal has always been to bring the authenticity of Martial Arts to the masses, and there is no better time to do that than right now, as so many choose their New Year’s resolutions. Boxing and Kickboxing help tremendously with mental and physical health, while also teaching a skill, and we’re ecstatic to help users from all over the world experience the benefits firsthand.

What’s great about this content from FightCamp is it gives beginners a chance to try the workouts out for free before committing to the full purchase, so you’ll want to take advantage of this exclusive content while it’s at your disposal.

These free workouts require none of the FightCamp equipment, although we do recommend getting the whole connected fitness set if you find the workouts to be fun and effective.

Please note, free FightCamp content is currently available on iOS devices only as the Android version of the app remains in Beta phase.
