This lovely at-home gym sports unique pieces, plant life, and natural light

Today’s home gym setup looks unlike other home gym designs we have reviewed and covered because of the unique pieces scattered throughout. There’s not a lot of equipment, but that’s okay because we don’t need a lot of equipment to achieve a successful full-body workout. Head below for more details.

Favorite features

The bosu ball is my personal favorite piece of exercise equipment over anything else – you can do hundreds of different exercises with this ball alone – so I am thrilled to see it here. The ladder leaning against the wall is something I have yet to see in a home gym, but I think it’s great because it could serve not only as a towel rack, but it also adds dimension to the overall space.

The medicine ball holder is very cool and very unique, and it does a lot more than a basic shelf would to serve the same purpose.

Suggestions for improvement

I’m curious as to how people keep track of their personal records, statistics, and goals if not on a whiteboard of some sort. If you’re going as far as to invest in an at-home gym, it seems to me that somewhere in that space there should be a board where you can write down everything you’ve accomplished or are trying to accomplish. It doesn’t have to be tacky or white – they’ve got transparent dry/erase boards – but something to help you keep track of your progress would be ideal in any home gym.
