Peloton’s new official podcast ‘Fitness Flipped’, hosted by cycling instructor Tunde Oyeneyin, has just released their third episode this week. You can find it on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and a variety of other platforms. ‘Fitness Flipped’ is also available as a workout on the Peloton app if you want to burn some calories while listening.
New episodes of Peloton’s “Fitness Flipped” podcast can be found in the Peloton app under the ‘Outdoor Audio’ category for walking. The episodes so far are between 30-45 minutes in length, and the sessions are recorded similarly to other outdoor workouts.
In addition to each workout having the full episode of “Fitness Flipped”, they also include an instructor guided warmup section.
Peloton says the goal of “Fitness Flipped” is to:
…challenge and transform some of our own ideas about health, strength, mental wellness – and maybe even ourselves.
