Tempo Studio has added a new coach, Jonathan Ibrahim, to its strength training lineup. In addition to on-demand and live classes already scheduled, you can check out Jonathan in Tempo’s new training program, “3 Week Gain Strength: Heavy Lifting”
Coach Jonathan Ibrahim is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), has a BS in Nutrition Science, and has a high school teaching and personal training background.
Jonathan’s new three week program, “3 Week Gain Strength: Heavy Lifting”, will:
- Focus on training with intention, show how to lift heavy with proper form, and explain the WHY behind each exercise
- Consist of three workouts per week
- Require a barbell and dumbbells
- Show Tempo users how to build upon their strength, enhance muscle definition, and create a strong foundation in weightlifting.
Jonathan fills in the Tempo coaching roster as another Tempo coach, Natalia Roberts, recently left. Natalia’s last class was on September 9th.
Tempo recently announced a new Apple Watch integration.
