This Friday, Peloton will feature Debbie Gibson during their live DJ ride with Emma Lovewell. During the class, an exclusive remix of Debbie Gibson’s new song “One Step Closer” will debut. This remix, created by Peloton DJ John Michael as well as DJ Skribble, will be exclusive to Peloton for one month.
The featured ride and new remix release was announced during a live chat between Lovewell and Gibson on Instagram. Gibson told Lovewell that she would try to take the class, so she could potentially be featured on the new Special Guest leaderboard as well. The Debbie Gibson Peloton ride takes place this Friday, July 23 at 10 p.m. ET.
Gibson isn’t the only musician to release a new song in partnership with a connected fitness company. Recently, Echelon announced Pitbull would be creating a custom written theme anthem for its brand.
