Panache is my new favorite muscle recovery tool for Peloton rides

My biggest problem with Peloton is how little time I give myself away from it. I generally try to ride six days a week at minimum and rarely do anything less than a half-hour class, and this has led to muscle fatigue. One of the ways I’ve combated it is using Panache.

Panache is a muscle recovery products utilizing nano-optimized CBD technology designed specifically for athletes. I’ve been applying it daily after my workouts for the past week, and it’s made a huge difference in my recovery. I can now ride in the evening and not feel fatigued when I wake up in the morning.

Panache comes in two forms: a rub and a rollerball. I’ve been using the rub to soften the blow on my thighs and hamstrings immediately after I ride. It uses a nano-optimized CBD formula (with zero THC) that allows for superior absorption, increased cellular activity, and enhanced bioavailability. The rollerball is ideal if you have issues in specific areas like your shoulders or lower back.

Panache was developed by a Peloton rider for Peloton riders, as you can see from the founder.

The first lead me to try Peloton. After several weeks of Tabata and HIIT & Hills rides, I was suffering from back and knee discomfort. But, my competitive side wasn’t willing to take a break. One night, on the verge of falling asleep, I shot up in bed. I didn’t go back to sleep that night. Panache was in motion.

If you’re looking for a post-Christmas Peloton accessory, I highly recommend you try Panache to help with muscle fatigue and recovery. It’s now an essential part of my post-workout cooldown, and I am looking forward to seeing how it improves my training in 2021. If you’re curious about THC vs. CBD, check out their FAQ.
