Peloton is expanding its customer support operation in Plano, TX, for additional uses

Peloton is looking to expand its Plano, Texas, operation that it originally opened as a customer support center two years ago.

As first reported by DallasNews.com, Peloton is expanding this facility beyond just customer service.

Peloton Interactive, the fast-growing fitness equipment firm, selected the Legacy Central campus at US Highway 75 and Legacy Drive for its regional support center two years ago. The company leased about 27,500 square feet in one of the campus office buildings.

Now, Peloton is renovating and expanding its operations in the Legacy Central 1 building, according to filings with the state.

As Peloton continues to ramp up its operations, expanded facilities around the US are going to be a key part of it. Unlike companies who sell small electronics that can be shipped directly to consumers using UPS/Fedex, Peloton products must be shipped, assembled, and then delivered by either a logistics company or by Peloton itself.

It’s not currently known if Peloton plans to continue using this facility for only customer service or if it has additional plans.
