When spending a lot of time with any connected fitness service, you’ll end up with countless data that you might want to analyze to understand better how you progress. Peltrend is a free solution to analyze key metrics from your Peloton workouts.
Before you can upload your data, you’ve got to visit your Peloton profile in order to export it first.
- Sign in to your Peloton Profile.
- Click “DOWNLOAD WORKOUTS” from the top right screen in order to download a .CSV file with all of your data.
- Then head to Peltrend.com in order to upload your data
Once your data has been uploaded, you can look at your personal bests, compare rides, look at trends and your power zone, and see high-level data from your rides.
When looking at the data I’ve accumulated since May, I enjoyed the ‘Your Experience’ section most of all. It showed me data like the earliest ride, latest, when you’ve burned the most calories yet, and countless other stats.
It’s a free tool, and it takes just a few minutes to download and upload your data, so it’s worth the time to be able to look at your data from a high level. The download is static, so you’ll have to redownload your data in the future to see updated statistics.
