Peloton adds new strength classes from Ben Alldis

One of the fan favorites out of the London studio is Ben Alldis, and Peloton has just released four new strength classes for those looking to workout off the Bike.

The four classes include a 10-minute core strength, a 20-minute glutes and legs, a 10-minute upper body strength, and a 20-minute weight strength.

These classes can be taken with the Peloton digital app or using the built-in screen on the Bike or Treadmill. CEO John Foley has said on multiple occasions that “they must win strength” in order to win fitness:
