Life Time, the nation’s leading healthy lifestyle brand, is gearing up for its annual Ride of a Life Time charity indoor workout event, set to take place nationwide on March 8, 2025. Now in its fifth year, the event continues to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation, supporting children’s health and well-being. This year, Life Time is expanding the event beyond cycling, incorporating its signature training formats and group fitness classes to engage even more participants.
Ride of a Life Time 2025: Moving With Purpose
More than 160 Life Time locations across the country will kick off Ride of a Life Time at 9:00 a.m. local time, creating a high-energy environment where people of all fitness levels come together to make a difference.

With 100% of proceeds supporting the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation, this event offers participants the chance to sweat for a cause while being part of something bigger.
More Than Just Cycling
This year’s Ride of a Life Time will feature a variety of fitness experiences, making it accessible to participants with different workout preferences. Alongside cycling classes, participants can take part in studio class crawls, featuring Life Time’s popular formats such as GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit. The expansion of class offerings encourages more movement, fosters community, and reinforces Life Time’s commitment to holistic health and wellness.
Registration Details & Fundraising Goals
Registration is now open for both Life Time members and non-members, with a $25 per class entry fee. Members can register through the Life Time app, while non-members can sign up via an online registration form.
Participants are also encouraged to fundraise beyond their registration fee, setting up personal pages to collect donations and help reach the $1.5 million fundraising goal.
Since the event’s launch in 2021, tens of thousands of participants have raised more than $3.5 million, including $1.1 million last year. With an ambitious target for 2025, Life Time hopes to surpass previous fundraising records and continue supporting children’s health initiatives nationwide.
A Commitment to Children’s Health
Funds raised will go directly to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which supports 170 children’s hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, and the Life Time Foundation, which works to improve youth health through school nutrition programs, physical activity initiatives, and environmental sustainability efforts.
