CVS Health® has introduced the CVS Health app, a next-generation platform designed to streamline health care management, save time and money, and improve accessibility for consumers nationwide. Replacing the CVS Pharmacy® app, this all-in-one health and wellness hub brings together prescriptions, immunization scheduling, benefits management, and personalized health recommendations into a single digital experience.

The CVS Health app offers a centralized solution for consumers to manage prescriptions, schedule vaccinations, and track health benefits. Key features include:

• Prescription management: Users can track and refill prescriptions across CVS Pharmacy, CVS Caremark® mail order, and CVS Specialty® pharmacies, with real-time cost transparency and delivery options.

• Simplified immunization scheduling: Group and multi-shot scheduling allows families to book vaccinations in one easy step.

• Health benefits tracking: Aetna® and CVS Caremark® members can access spending details, plan benefits, and cost-saving opportunities directly from the app.

CVS Health App brings faster, easier in-store shopping and savings

The app isn’t just for prescriptions—it’s also designed to make in-store visits more efficient. With a personalized barcode, users can speed up prescription pickups and gain access to exclusive savings offers. In select test locations, the app can even be used to unlock display cabinets, making high-demand items more accessible.

Personalized updates and ai-driven recommendations

CVS Health is using AI-powered search and a redesigned personalized home screen to provide real-time updates, including:

• Health “to-do” lists with reminders for prescription refills, upcoming appointments, and wellness tips.

• Educational health content from Everyday Health, along with guided meditations from Headspace for mental well-being.
