New Whoop, Who Dis?

I finally got my hands on the latest Whoop, and let me tell you, I’m beyond excited to dive in. As someone juggling life with three kids (one new addition on 1/10), endless thoughts, and a constant struggle to get quality rest, this wearable feels like a game-changer. Whoop isn’t just another fitness tracker, it’s a tool designed to help you understand your body on a deeper level and make data-driven decisions about your health and fitness.

Finally tackling sleep

Sleep tracking is what I’m most excited about. Rest has always been elusive for me. Between the chaos of kids, work, and everything else on my mind, I’ve struggled to find a way to consistently recharge.
