Peloton ‘Strength Roll Call’ now available for all members

Previously only available to Peloton Guide owners, the “Strength Roll Call” workout program is now available to all Peloton members. Strength Roll Call is Peloton’s only strength program that is continuously updated every week.

Peloton’s Strength Roll Call program was designed to help members be able to follow along to a weekly structured program. Each week, the five classes typically consist of:

  • 2x Full Body Strength (20-30 minutes)
  • 1x Glutes and Legs Strength (20-30 minutes)
  • 1x Core Strength (10-20 minutes)
  • 1x Upper Body Strength (20-30 minutes)

The program currently consists of over 150 workouts over 33 weeks, and seems to be updated daily as new classes as added.

Peloton members can find the Strength Roll Call under the collections tab on the Peloton app.

I have never been a huge fan of Peloton’s strength classes because of the lack of guided progression for members to follow. While the Strength Roll Call was a great idea, keeping it exclusive to the Peloton Guide meant that very few members ever knew about it.

I think making this available to all members is a great move. In fact, outside of adding the Row classes to the app, this is the best update I feel Peloton has made this year. So I am a little surprised Peloton has kept this pretty quiet. It would have been another big win for them to have announced alongside the new membership tiers last month.

Personally I would love to see Peloton do something like this for other modalities. Why not have a thought-out program updated weekly for yoga, running, or power zone training on the bike?
