InsideTracker announces new integration with Oura Ring

InsideTracker, a blood and DNA analysis company that gives personalized advice on health and longevity, has announced a new integration with Oura Ring.

InsideTracker says its integration with Oura Ring will unlock a wider range of functionality for a large number of its users. The goal being to combine the real-time sleep and activity data from Oura Ring (sleep duration, sleep staging, steps, and resting heart rate), with InsideTracker’s personal analysis of blood biomarkers and DNA data.

InsideTracker says users combing the two can expect even more personalized and holistic interpretations for optimizing their health.

This new partnership will allow users to receive lifestyle-based health span recommendations unique to them, based not just on periodic bloodwork and DNA biomarkers but continuous physiological measurements as well.

InsiderTracker says that

Introducing data from Oura Ring also relieves users of the burden of manually entering sleep or activity data, improving the quality of their data and the subsequent personalization of their recommendations. Additionally, the integration will encourage the necessary behavioral changes to help users reach their healthspan goals, support healthy habits, and marry daily physiodata with both quarterly blood biomarker testing and DNA test results.
