Peloton announces a brand-new challenge — with a twist

Peloton’s newest challenge has a bit of a twist. Instead of a regular challenge where members are asked to work toward a personal goal, they will work alongside the entire community with Peloton’s new Community Challenge, which starts this Friday.

Starting July 23 through August 8, this two-week challenge will track every hour of activity that each Peloton member puts in. This challenge includes all bike, tread, and digital app users with the goal to help everyone stay motivated this summer and continue pushing themselves to meet a community goal.

Peloton members will earn different badges at the 1.5 million-, 2 million-, and 2.5 million-hour benchmarks. Considering Peloton’s recent report of over 5.4 million combined digital and connected users, it should be very interesting to see just how many hours the Peloton community can accumulate together.

Make sure to sign up for the challenge on the website, app, bike, or tread. Once signed up, all of your minutes and hours will be counted towards this unique challenge starting this Friday.

If you are looking to give yourself an edge to push harder and recover faster for this challenge, make sure to check out our latest hands-on report for PR Lotion by AMP Body.
