iFIT has two new upcoming series with professional soccer player and Olympic champion, Alex Morgan. Both a cardio and strength series, designed for beginners, are currently scheduled for release on June 3.
The new Train Like a Pro: Alex Morgan Cardio Series will feature six new workouts, which will require a treadmill or elliptical and will feature a mix of a HIIT, endurance, walking, and running workouts.
The new Train Like a Pro: Alex Morgan Strength Series all also feature six workouts. No word on if these will require any equipment [update: they don’t] , but it will likely be a mix of bodyweight and dumbbell training.
